Shipping policy

SHIPPING & ORDER FULFILLMENT

Most Hometown Collective Apparel items are custom-made or produced to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped or ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping is available for $8. Once production is complete and your order has shipped, please allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be emailed when available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at checkout for eligible orders. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready.

TEAM, CLUB & EVENT ORDERS

Some team, club, fundraiser, and event preorders may be distributed through a designated organization, event, or pickup location. When applicable, specific distribution instructions will be communicated for that collection.

CUSTOM & PREORDER ITEMS

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on garment availability, order volume, customization, and supplier delays. If a significant delay affects your order, Hometown Collective Apparel will communicate updated information when available.
